Concordia football game at Augsburg moved to 10 a.m. due to heat forecast
MOORHEAD - Concordia head football coach Terry Horan said his team's game at Augsburg on Saturday is being moved to 10 a.m. due to an expected high heat index.
The Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference has a rule that a game can't be played when the heat index reaches 86.1. The game was initially scheduled for 1 p.m. in Minneapolis.
"I'd rather go early in the morning and be done," Horan said.
You can listen to the game on WDAY AM 970.
