WARROAD, Minn. -- T.J. Oshie has arrived in Warroad with the Stanley Cup.
The former Warroad High School and UND star will spend the day with the famed trophy. It will first be in Warroad. Then, it will go to the Twin Cities for a private party.
Follow along here for updates as Warroad holds a ceremony for Oshie at The Gardens, and as Oshie takes the Cup on a parade through downtown.Each regular on the Stanley Cup-winning team gets one designated day to do virtually whatever.Oshie is the first player to bring it to Warroad.The Stanley Cup was nearby in Roseau, Minn., in 2010.
