WARROAD, MN - If you have the nickname HockeyTown, then it only seems fitting that the Stanley Cup come to your city.

But surprisingly enough, sport's greatest trophy had never been to Warroad until Tuesday morning.

Favorite son TJ Oshie brought one of the most famous trophies in sports back to the town where he won two state championships.

Oshie won the Cup last month with the Washington Capitals, the first in franchise history.

Warroad has seen its share of Olympians, NHL players, gold medalists, but not the Stanley Cup.

That's what Tuesday's visit so special to the people of Warroad.
